from our competitors involves our people. NMS employs
nearly 2,000 "Dedicated" employees, not outside
contractors. Tax and labor laws regulating exactly
who can and who cannot be called an "employee" are
ambiguous. Additionally, with the growing insurance
liability issues associated with Independent Contractors,
we find our policy to be not just the most sound
business strategy we can employ, but one that works
best for our customers as well. This enables us
to provide our customers with several advantages,

Direct Field Supervision - we maintain a ratio
of 1 (one) supervisor for every 20 field merchandising
employees.

and highest level of trained "front-line" merchandiser
in the Third Party Service Industry.
This stance also provides our clients with a
level of consistency and "continuity in the store"

this industry (less than 19%!)
